This letter is to inform you I will be giving your name out to my friends and neighbors. Being a little elderly I am a skeptical kind of person but after your salesman was out and your crews completed my driveway the skepticism was gone. As you know I am a widow and have to be careful but they were very courteous and kind and even did a little extra for me. Please don’t scold them for that.

Thank you for the excellent job your company did on our new parking lot.  Even after one year the lot looks perfect.  The paint striping was done all right and neat, and the crew cleaned up after themselves.  All we had to do was enjoy our new parking.

I am a contract packager not an asphalt guy.  You not only took the time to educate me about the condition of our asphalt you also explained more than once exactly what Metro would do and how it would be done and on what time table.  We were able to work our three shifts, five days a week, and still get all of our parking lots repaired without disruption to our work schedule.

From the beginning you articulated to our group a road tailored to our needs.  Your price was slightly lower, but even if it were slightly higher, we would have gone with you because gave us the curbing appearance we wanted, and coming down the hill that was functionally important too.
