New Construction is the building of new asphalt surfaces. Excavation, grading and compaction of the area must be completed to establish desired grade and drainage. Next an aggregate base is placed and compacted (thickness based on subgrade stablelization). Finally a specifically designed asphalt mix is installed and compacted (thickness based on customers needs).

Asphalt is designed to provide an all weather use. It is a salt resistant product for the tough winters and is cost effective. Installation and maintenance is much less than concrete yet giving the same longevity if properly maintained.
